Robotics Team Qualifies for Regional Competition

This past weekend, the Greenhill Robotics Team punched its ticket to the regional tournament after a tremendous performance at the North Texas FTC Qualifier at Rice Middle School.Greenhill's 9054 Viridian captured the Inspire Award at the end of the competition, which is given to the team that show respect and gracious professionalism to everyone they meet at the FIRST Tech Challenge event. In addition, the award celebrate the strongest qualities of all the Judged Awards. The team's unique design gave them the advantage as they were the only team in the competition that was able to meet the work requirements of their robot in the allotted time frame.
