Middle School Quiz Bowl Team Qualifies for National Championships

The Greenhill Middle School Quiz Bowl Team qualified for the National Championships in Chicago this spring following a dominant performance this past weekend.Greenhill's A Team - which consisted of Gokulan Anand '22, Ravi Ingle '22, Josh Rubel '22 and Jonah Yaffe '22 - cruised through the tournament, including a 535-85 victory over St. Mark's School of Texas in the final round. The Hornets defeated all of their opponents by at least 300 points in each of their tournament matches.Greenhill's two other Middle School teams finished sixth and 11th, respectively, in the tournament. The team of Azal Amer '23, Varsha Gande '22, Travis Mann '22 and Nikhil Nandipati '24 reached the quarterfinals.In the High School Division, Greenhill had a pair of teams qualify for the playoffs after finishing 13th and 16th, respectively.
