FACTS Tuition Management
Greenhill has partnered with FACTS Tuition Management for the collection of tuition and fees. We are excited to be working with FACTS because the program offers you a customized, convenient, and secure online payment experience. All Greenhill families are required to setup a FACTS account. Tuition includes textbooks for grades 9-12, as well as lunch and classroom technology for all students.
REQUEST DUE DATE JUNE 15, 2023 Families may change the original payment option selected during the re-enrollment or enrollment process. Please see all options offered below. Change requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than June 15, 2023.
July 1, 2023*: Tuition and fees paid in full
Tuition paid in two installments. Optional and mandatory fees paid on July 1, 2023*. July 1, 2023: First Installment - 60% of tuition along with a $275 finance charge December 1, 2023: Second Installment - 40% of tuition
Tuition paid in 10 installments on the 1st of each month*. Optional and mandatory fees paid on July 1, 2023. July 1, 2023 - April 1, 2024: 10 Monthly Installments • A $275 finance charge and mandatory tuition refund insurance due on July 1, 2023. • Tuition Refund Insurance will be 1.0% of tuition.
* Date of payment can be moved within the month through FACTS or by contacting email@example.com. A limit of three monthly changes are allowed per school year with authorization from The School required for changes above this limit.
A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $2,500, applicable towards tuition must be submitted for all currently enrolled students when you sign your re-enrollment contract. For returning families, $1,000 of the enrollment deposit is refundable if the Admission Office is notified by email no later than Wednesday, March 22, 2023, that a student is not returning.
All new students must pay a one-time $1,500 facility fee. The fee is assessed with the July 1, 2023, payment.
For families electing payment plan option 2 or 3, a non-refundable finance charge of $275 will be assessed. The finance charge is due in its entirety on July 1, 2023.
Families electing payment option 3 are required to purchase tuition refund insurance, and families electing payment option 1 or 2 may choose to purchase tuition refund insurance for an additional fee. Tuition refund insurance is due in full on July 1, 2023.
Families may elect to purchase student accident insurance for an additional fee of $58. Student accident insurance is due in full on July 1, 2023.
A late fee of $30 will be assessed on any installments that are delinquent 31 days past their original due date. The fee will be assessed monthly thereafter, until the delinquent balance is corrected.
