FACTS Tuition Management

Greenhill has partnered with FACTS Tuition Management for the collection of tuition and fees. We are excited to be working with FACTS because the program offers you a customized, convenient, and secure online payment experience. All Greenhill families are required to setup a FACTS account. Change of Payment Option in FACTS

Families may change the original payment option selected during the re-enrollment or enrollment process. Please see all options offered below. Change requests must be made in writing to no later than June 1, 2020.

Option #1

June 15, 2020*: Tuition and fees paid in full

Option #2

Tuition paid in two installments. Optional and mandatory fees paid on June 15, 2020*.
June 15, 2020: First Installment - 60% of tuition along with a $275 finance charge (Finance charge may be spread over both payments upon request.)
December 15, 2020: Second Installment - 40% of tuition

Option #3

Tuition paid in 10 or 12 installments on the 15th of each month*. Optional and mandatory fees paid on June 15, 2020, or may be spread over payments upon request.
June 15, 2020 - March 15, 2021: 10 Monthly Installments
June 15, 2020 - May 15, 2021: 12 Monthly Installments
• A $275 finance charge and mandatory tuition refund insurance due on June 15, 2020 or may be spread over payments upon request.
• Tuition Refund Insurance will be 1.4% of tuition.
* Date of payment can be moved within the month through FACTS or by contacting A limit of three monthly changes are allowed per school year with authorization from The School required for changes above this limit.

Special Fees

  • A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $2,500, applicable towards tuition, will be autowithdrawn through your students' FACTS account no later than Friday, February 28, 2020 for all currently enrolled students. For returning families, $1,000 of the enrollment deposit is refundable if the Admission Office is notified by email no later than Wednesday, March 25, 2020 that a student is not returning.
  • A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $1,500, applicable towards tuition, is due two weeks from contract issue date for all newly-enrolled students.
  • All new students must pay a one-time $1,500 facility fee. The fee is assessed with the June 15, 2020 payment.
  • For families electing payment plan option 2 or 3, a non-refundable finance charge of $275 will be assessed. The finance charge is due in its entirety on June 15, 2020.
  • Families electing payment option 3 are required to purchase tuition refund insurance, and families electing payment option 1 or 2 may choose to purchase tuition refund insurance for an additional fee. Tuition refund insurance is due in full on June 15, 2020.
  • Families may elect to purchase student accident insurance for an additional fee of $58. Student accident insurance is due in full on June 15, 2020.
  • A late fee of $30 will be assessed on any installments that are delinquent 31 days past their original due date. The fee will be assessed monthly thereafter, until the delinquent balance is corrected.
  • Beginning in the 2020-21 school year, and each year following, all 5th and 9th grade students will purchase a laptop directly from Greenhill School. Students will use the laptop for all four years of their Middle or Upper School experience. Families will be assessed a technology fee ($1,600) for each device. The fee will be assessed at the end of June and collected through FACTS according to your payment schedule.
