Hornets Clinch Lead in Eighth to Defeat E.S.D. on the Road

The Greenhill baseball team started SPC Action with a strong win against Episcopal School of Dallas on the road, 13-2, on March 21.

The Hornets got things moving in the first inning, when Josh Titens singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run. At the top of the eighth, the game was tied at 2 with Greenhill batting when Maurice Thompson doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring two runs.

Greenhill Hornets Varsity secured the victory thanks to 11 runs in the eighth inning. Thompson, Drew Muller, Cooper Rabin, Grant Fisher, Connor Lee, and Jack Stone each had RBIs in the frame.
