Eight Greenhill Films Selected to OCU HS Film Festival
Greenhill Advanced Video Production students started the 2017-18 film festival circuit on a high note as eight films were recently selected to the Oklahoma City University High School Film Festival this past weekend.
The festival - which was held on Friday, January 12th - comprised of high school films from students in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. In total, there were 14 films accepted to the film festival - eight of which came from Greenhill students.
In addition, Jenna Krumerman's film, "The Night I Lost My Favorite Jacket," won the film festival and won a prize of $500. Also, each of the directors of the students films won a $20,000 scholarship to Oklahoma City University.
