- 6:00 - 6:25 pm: Registration and light dinner fare
- 6:30 pm: Welcome/Overview in Rose Hall
- 6:45 - 8:00 pm: Breakout sessions detailing the US Academic Program, Electives, and Placement for Math and Language
- 8:05 - 8:15 pm: Introduction to Mentor Family Program and wrap up
