Managing Calendars and Notifications

Exploring School and Divisional Calendars

The Greenhill community can export any of the School's calendars into their own personal calendar. Follow these instructions to export the School and/or divisional calendar:

  • Click on Calendar located on the homepage of the Greenhill website.
  • Click on Filter located at the top right of the calendar.
  • Select the respective calendar that you would like to export and select Refresh.
  • Click on the green RSS Feed icon located at the top right of the calendar
  • One of two options will allow you to export the calendar depending on the program that you are using:
  • Click on Launch Application. This will allow the calendar to be automatically imported into your desired calendar.
  • Copy the webcal code located in the message and paste it into a new calendar in your desired calendar.

Exporting Athletic Schedules


The Greenhill community can export any of the athletic schedules into their own personal calendar. Follow these instructions to export an athletic schedule:

  • Under Athletics, click on Schedules.
  • Click on Filter located at the top right of the calendar.
  • Select the respective team's schedule that you would like to export and select Refresh.
  • Click on the green RSS Feed icon located at the top right of the calendar.
  • One of two options will allow you to export the calendar depending on the program that you are using:
  • Click on Launch Application. This will allow the calendar to be automatically imported into your desired calendar.
  • Copy the webcal code located in the message and paste it into a new calendar in your desired calendar.

Sign up for Athletic Notifications

Get instant access to updates and changes for all Greenhill athletics programs with athletic notifications. You will only be able to sign up for notifications for athletics programs that your child is a member of. Follow these instructions to receive athletics notifications via email or text message:
 

  • Login to the Portal.
  • Click Account located in the header then click on Settings.
  • In the left sidebar, click on Notifications located under Account Settings.
  • Under Notification Settings, you can update the email address and/or phone numbers needed to receive notifications.
  • You will also select what types of activities you would like to receive notifications for by clicking on Email or Text located in the right column.

Special Notes: For email, make sure that the email address on the right side matches the email address that is stored in the Portal. For text messages, you will receive an activation code that will be sent to your phone after adding your cell phone number, country, and provider.
