  • Q. How do I submit Class Notes for The Hill Magazine?

    Our community publication, The Hill, comes out once a year and is mailed to alumni for whom we have current mailing addresses. We are always interested in what you are doing. Submit a class note to share your career changes and promotions, business and community recognition, and wedding and birth announcements with your fellow alumni.
     
    Share your photos: Summer trips, college family weekend, reunions, marathons, community service, holiday photos - we love them all! When sending digital photos, please send high-resolution jpegs (.jpg), at 300 pixels per inch. File size should be larger than 500kb. Please send your updates and photos to Katie Young.

  • Q. What should I include in my class notes?

    Promotion
    Include title, name of company, description of position, location, and previous position
     
    Birth Announcement
    Include full name of child, birth date and weight
     
    Wedding Announcement
    Include marriage date, spouse’s first and last name and degree information if also an alumnus, church/venue and town of wedding, current occupations and/or honeymoon plans, other alumni or faculty who attended the wedding
     
    Published an article, paper, book, etc.
    Include title of book, co-authors, publisher, date published and other books
     
    Featured in a publication
    Include full name of magazine, publication date, name of issue (if it’s a special issue), and/or the name of article
     
    Became a member of a committee or organization
    Include name of the organization, years with the organization, location and any other committees or organizations
     
    Retirement notice
    Include company name, date retired, years with company and title
     
    Received an honor or award
    Include name of the award, organization that awarded it, date given, if the person was the only recipient or one of a number
     
    Received a degree
    Include date, name and location of institution, degree and program.

     
    SPECIAL NOTES: Please note it is our policy not to publish pregnancy or engagement announcements, or candidacies for political office. However, we are happy to print news of births, marriages, and elections to office. Class notes submissions are edited for style, clarity, and length.

  • Q. How can I obtain an official copy of my transcript or a letter that confirms me as a Greenhill School graduate?

    Please contact Wendy Kyle in our Admission Office. Please allow two weeks for processing time.
  • Q. How can I make a donation to Greenhill School?

    Annual contributions to the Greenhill Fund provide support that is used for a myriad of operating expenses including faculty salaries, financial aid, arts and academics, to name only a few. Every gift is very much appreciated, regardless of the amount.
     
    Your contribution helps provide financial aid, recruit outstanding faculty in a competitive market, bring cutting-edge technology to campus, and more – all with the goal of helping Greenhill grow. And just by contributing, you boost participation percentages helping Greenhill qualify for matching funds and foundation support.   • Q. How do I login and what advantages are there to logging in?

    Alumni do not need to login to our website to view information. However, graduates can access an online alumni directory through this link
    If you have forgotten your username and password or if you have questions about obtaining a username and password then please contact the Help Desk at (972) 628-5999.
  • Q. Can I add Greenhill School, Sports and Alumni Events to my personal calendars?

    Yes, you can use our iCal Feed and your personal calendar (e.g. Google Calendar, Outlook) will be updated with Greenhill School, Sports, or Alumni events. On the Calendars page, click on the Print/Export grey icon in the upper right hand corner Follow the instructions in your particular calendar on adding iCal feeds.
  • Q. Do alumni have access to the Sports Performance Center on campus?

    The Sports Performance Center is open for Alumni (free of charge) during normal operating hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
     
    The Sports Performance Center is located on the second floor of the Perryman Athletic Complex and features 3,500-square-feet of free weights, machines, elliptical trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes. The center is closed on weekends and school holidays.  Alumni family members may also use the center when they are accompanied by an alumnus or alumnae or if they give the fitness center advanced notice. Contact Jessen Houston to give advanced notice.
  • Q. Where can I buy Greenhill shirts and gear?

    The Greenhill campus bookstore, The Buzz, has a wide variety of official merchandise, school supplies, snacks and more. The bookstore is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Please call to confirm hours at (972) 628-5477.
