Greenhill welcomes alumni back on campus to reconnect with former teachers, coaches, and other community members. In prioritizing students, faculty, and staff, we request that all alumni adhere to safety and security protocols.
To schedule a campus visit, please contact Katie Young in the Alumni Office.
To visit a Greenhill faculty or staff member, we kindly ask that you contact them to schedule a mutually convenient time to visit. They will ensure that your name is on the guest list with security.
Alumni visitors must bring an up-to-date state-issued photo ID. Upon arrival to campus, check in at one of our divisional main offices or the administration building. You will be given a visitor pass and asked to sign in and sign out when you return your visitor pass. You will need to stay with a current employee who can provide access to locked external doors. We look forward to your visit.
Every graduate automatically becomes a member of the Greenhill Alumni Association upon graduation from Greenhill. There is no membership fee, but please consider making a gift to the Greenhill Fund. If you attended Greenhill but did not graduate and you would like to be included in alumni communications, please email Katie Young.
You may be on the list because we are missing your mailing address or your email address. Please send your new contact information including your name and graduation year, address, and email address to Katie Young, and we will update your records.
Greenhill has an alumni community on LinkedIn. Log in, search for Greenhill Alumni and join the hundreds of graduates who have already started networking.
Our community publication, The Hill, comes out once a year and is mailed to alumni for whom we have current mailing addresses. You can view the digital copy here.
Our printed class notes include wedding and birth announcements along with an In Memoriam section to honor alumni and alumni family members we've lost.
Other professional and educational updates may be submitted to the Alumni Office via email or posted to our LinkedIn group and Facebook group.
When sending digital photos, please send high-resolution jpegs (.jpg), at 300 pixels per inch. File size should be larger than 500kb. Please send your updates and photos to Katie Young.
Notes and print photos can also be mailed to: Greenhill Alumni Office 4141 Spring Valley Road Addison, TX 75001 (Please label with name and class year)
Include full name of child and child's birth date with parent names as you prefer them listed
Wedding Announcement Include marriage date, alumnus name as you'd like it to appear in print, with spouse’s first and last name
SPECIAL NOTES: Please note it is our policy not to publish pregnancy or engagement announcements, or candidacies for political office. However, we are happy to print news of births, marriages, and elections to office. Class notes submissions are edited for style, clarity, and length.
Please contact Rebecca Shuman or Katie Young. Please allow up to two weeks for processing time. We can provide official transcripts or transcript copies depending on your need.
