Preparing for the School Year
Lower School: Summer Workbooks |
---|
Greenhill provides an optional summer workbook for students entering Primer through fourth grade to use as a resource for keeping skills sharp over the summer. These books are created by our teaching teams to provide a chance for students to review and reinforce what they have already learned, and practice reading, writing, and arithmetic. Please complete this form to let us know how we can get you your child’s book, or if you will come pick it up. Workbooks will be available after May 31. |
Summer Reading Lists |
Our librarians are excited to have you on campus next year! Every year, they curate a list of recommended summer reading books for each grade level. You can download the lists here: Prekindergarten and Kindergarten | Primer | First Grade | Second Grade | Third Grade | Fourth Grade |
Health Information |
Please help us provide the best care possible for your students by submitting your health information on time. Read below for important information and due dates. Note: All your health tasks need to be completed or uploaded to MyGreenhill.

MyGreenhill Portal Tasks |
Please make sure to enter your child's Emergency Contact Information in their MyGreenhill profile on the Contact Card. This is due by Thursday, May 1. One of the best ways to enhance safety and security is by knowing each other – the students, families, and employees – who comprise our community. To help facilitate greater connections between each member of the community, we ask that parents and guardians upload a photo into their MyGreenhill portal by Thursday, May 1. Complete the Grandparent/Special Friend Information Form in the MyGreenhill portal. This is due by Thursday, May 1. |

Technology |
At Greenhill, we have a 1:1 device program for students in prekindergarten through twelfth grade. Prekindergarten through second grade have access to classroom iPads. Third and fourth grade use laptops, which remain in the classroom. Because we want to ensure the devices our students use support learning in the classroom, the cost of classroom technology is incorporated into tuition. |
