The Greenhill boys lacrosse team closed out the 2025 regular season with three road matches.

On April 17, the Hornets were at Grapevine Lacrosse, where they fell 0-5.
On April 21, Greenhill traveled to Hebron Lax Club and lost 1-15.
On April 25, they fell at Cumberland, 2-12.
