Hornets Defeat Episcopal School of Dallas
The Greenhill boys golf team earned a first-place finish at the Midway Cup on April 15.

The Greenhill boys varsity golf team repeated last year’s win over Episcopal School of Dallas in the annual battle for the Midway Cup. The Hornets won 5-4 in a match-play format. Grant Colocousis, Hayden Sampson, and Krish Shah all won their individual matches, while the teams of Henry Zhong/Grant Colocousis and Hayden Sampson/Krish Shah won their team matches to put Greenhill over the top. The event was held at the Irving Golf Club on Tuesday afternoon. The boys move on to the SPC Championships at the Golf Club of Houston on April 29-30, where Henry Zhong will look to defend his Individual Medalist win, and the team will look to improve upon its eighth-place finish from a year ago. |
