Greenhill School is proud to announce that Kiki Rao ’34 has been selected to represent our school at the Texas Library Association’s Bluebonnet Award Luncheon, a special honor granted to only one student per participating school. For the past two years, Kiki has been an enthusiastic and dedicated reader of the annual Bluebonnet book list. Her genuine love of reading and commitment to the program made her a natural choice to serve as Greenhill’s 2026 Bluebonnet Student Ambassador. This fall, Greenhill was chosen by the Texas Bluebonnet Award committee to send a student representative to this year’s award ceremony – an honor we have applied for over the past 14 years. This is the first time our school has been selected, making the moment especially meaningful for the entire community. As part of her ambassador role, Kiki will have the opportunity to interview the author of the winning Bluebonnet book during the luncheon later this month. She also joined Carrie Martin, PS/LS Librarian, in announcing this year’s Bluebonnet Award winner to Lower School students. We can’t wait to cheer her on as she represents Greenhill at this year’s Texas Bluebonnet Award Luncheon. |
