We are so happy your family is joining our community. The early childhood and elementary years are fun, fascinating, and friendly! We are excited to partner with you as we guide your child through these important years of social-emotional, academic, and personal development. We are charting a course for the future! The Preschool and Lower School is a happy, joyful place where our students establish the foundation that will prepare them for their learning journey throughout their time at Greenhill.

Also, watch your email for invitations to grade-level-specific transition nights and academic testing dates (grades 6-8 only). You will have a busy spring!

On behalf of the faculty and administration, greetings and welcome to our new Upper School families! I am excited to meet each of you, our newest members of the community, over the next several weeks.
In fact, please save the date of Saturday, May 11, when we welcome all our new Upper School families to our New Family Placement Testing Day, where you get more detailed information about scheduling and meet members of your mentor family groups!
You are joining the Upper School at just the right moment as we are set to move in to the Rosa O. Valdes STEM + Innovation Center, an incredible new building where our math, science, and design & innovation departments will collaborate and provide so many opportunities for students to explore those fields. Upper School fall preseason starts Monday, August 5. We will publish our summer workouts and camps for our Middle School and Upper School fall sports once they are finalized.

In the tender years of Preschool and Lower School, music and visual arts are the languages through which we teach our students to communicate, dream, and think outside the box. As they ascend to Middle and Upper School, the canvas broadens, offering a palette of electives that challenge them to dive deeper into their artistic pursuits, find their unique voices, and, most importantly, discover themselves.
Our Fine Arts program is a place where the arts are explored and lived. You are welcome to see this for yourself at any of our fine arts events for the remainder of the year. Please keep an eye on our Greenhill calendar.
