Cross Country
Sophomore Kaitlin Ness outlasted 214 runners en route to capturing her first career race on Friday morning at the Jesuit College Prep School Invitational. As a team, Ness and the Hornets finished fifth out of 38 schools in one of their biggest races this season.
 
The Hornet boys cross country team finished 12th out of 38 teams at the Jesuit College Prep School Invitational with senior Daniel Brickman posting Greenhill's top performance.
 
Girls Volleyball
The Greenhill girls volleyball team captured a hard-fought five-set victory (23-25, 24-26, 25-20, 25-13, 16-14) over Prince of Peace Christian School. The Hornets improved to 7-16 overall following the road victory.
 
Senior Allie Frymire posted a triple-double following a 44-assist, 14-dig, 10-kill and seven-service ace performance. Senior Jessica Pugh chipped in wtih 15 kills to go along with 16 digs, and Kylie Quinn notched 14 kills and eight digs. Megan Olomu notched six kills, five service aces and three digs in the contest while Arfa Chowdhary and Ashley Isenberg chipped in with nine and eight digs, respectively.
