Hornets Bring Home Fifth Place Finish

The Greenhill boys basketball team placed fifth at the 2022-23 Winter SPC Championships in Dallas on February 9-11.

The team fell to St. John’s School, 90-83, in the first round of the 2022-23 Winter SPC Championships. Scoring for Greenhill was Luke Brodsky (9), Zac Slotnik (12), Jaxson Thompson (23), Bryson Watt (8), and Dillion Watt (31).

The team defeated St. Stephen’s Episcopal School in the consolation semi-round, 69-64, on February 10 to advance to play for fifth place against Episcopal School of Dallas.

In the final round, the boys basketball won 69-63 against E.S.D., finishing fifth in the 2022-23 Winter SPC Championships. Scoring for Greenhill was Luke Brodsky (11), Cooper Rabin (1), Zac Slotnik (14), Jaxson Thompson (12), Bryson Watt (8), and Dillion Watt (23).
