Hornets Continue Conference Win Streak

The Greenhill girls basketball team improved their conference record to 3-0 on January 17 after defeating Fort Worth Country Day, 52-36, on the road.

Leading scores were Sibelle Zambie (32) and Leah Smith (11). Nuha Omer gave the team great minutes off the bench with 4 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists. Greenhill’s defense through the first three quarters was excellent, only giving up 17 points. Lexie Stone led the way defensively with 4 steals.
