Greenhill Senior Earns Medal at Scholastic Art & Writing Awards

Congratulations to Christine Yan '22 on receiving a National Silver Medal in the 2022 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards for her oil painting "Disconnected." The Awards celebrate creative students, provide a platform of expression for their original work, and recognize the dedication of educators.

Founded in 1923, The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards is one of the nation's longest-running and most prestigious scholarship and recognition programs for young artists and writers in grades 7-12. More than 260,000 works of art and writing were submitted by students from U.S. territories, Canada, and every state. Works by 40,000 teens received regional recognition, and nearly 2,000 works earned national awards.
