Greenhill Juniors Earn Medals at Scholastic Art & Writing Awards

Congratulations to junior Christine Yan who recently won a gold medal at the 98th Annual Scholastic Art & Writing Awards for her oil painting titled, "I Am Not a Virus." In addition, Yan and fellow junior Katherine Li also won a silver medal for their animation film "Fish Fish Bish."The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards is one of the nation's longest-running and most prestigious scholarship and recognition programs for young artists and writers in grades 7-12. This year, over 80,000 students across the country participated in the contest, producing nearly 230,000 total entries. Less than one percent of these works received national medals.
