GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY
The Greenhill girls cross country team captured the 2019 SPC North Zone Championships on Saturday morning at Norbuck Park in Dallas.The Hornets placed six runners in the top-10 with senior Kaiti Ness leading the way with a second-place finish after crossing the end line at 18:24. Ella Dzialowski (19:02) and Kendall Hashimoto (19:07) finished fifth and sixth overall, respectively. Mia Ness placed seventh overall with a time of 19:31 while Charlotte Purcell finished ninth with a time of 19:39. Jessica Herlitz finished 10th with a time of 19:41. All six runners were named to the All North Zone Team.BOYS CROSS COUNTRY
The Greenhill boys cross country team finished fifth out of eight teams at the 2019 SPC North Zone Championships with a total of 116 points on Saturday morning.Pressley Wilson led the Hornets with a time of 15:55 en route to placing ninth overall while Mohan Desai finished 10th overall with a time of 16:07. Wilson and Desai were both selected to the All SPC North Zone Team. Ravi Ingle and Jonah Yaffe finished 36th and 39th overall with times of 17:15 and 17:31, respectively. Ryan Schroeder finished 41st overall with a time of 17:34.
