Greenhill AVP Students Stand Out During 2017-18 Film Season

Greenhill Advanced Video Production students continue to enjoy a successful 2017-18 film season as 32 different films have been juried in 78 festivals around the country. In addition, Greenhill students have received nine awards during the season.
 
Below are some updated highlights on the season:
  • 10 films selected to the All-American Film Festival in New York City
  • Jenna Krumerman '19 continues her great run with The Night I Lost My Favorite Jacket as she won The Pegasus Film Festival and Super International Teenage Film Festival in Bucharest.
  • Following her win at The Pegasus Film Festival, Krumerman was offered a summer internship at animation studio ReelFX.
  • Kailee Hashimoto '20 was honored with the Best Historical or War Film for Operation Kama at the Oniros Film Festival in Italy.
  • Kate Franklin '20 won the Best First Time Director Award at the Alternative Film Festival and Best Student Experimental Film at the Lionshead Film Festival for her film, Best Friends.
