Hornet Sports Report - May 2, 2018

Boys Golf
The Greenhill boys golf team finished fifth overall at the SPC Spring Championships in Houston after posting a two-round score of 652 (322-330).
 
Brock Bagelman was the Hornets' top performer as the senior finished 8th overall with a tournament score of 153 (77-76). Bagelman earned All-Southwest Preparatory Conference honors for the first time in his career.
 
Sophomore Siddarth Kalisetty just missed out on earning a spot on the all-conference team after finishing 13th overall with a score of 157 (77-80). John Quinn finished 35th overall with a score of 168 (84-84), and Mason Hua posted a score of 174 (84-90) en route to finishing 59th overall.
 
Girls Golf
The Greenhill girls golf team finished seventh overall at the SPC Spring Championships in Houston following a 36-hole score of 831 (432-399).
 
Junior Michelle Lee finished 20th overall with a score of 183 (96-87) while sophomore Esha Julka placed 31st overall with a score of 204 (106-98). Sophomore Kirin Jayaseelan notched a two-round score of 209 (110-99) while sophomore Helena Shan finished 44th overall with a score of 235 (120-115).
 
Boys Lacrosse
The Greenhill boys lacrosse team advanced to the Texas High School Lacrosse League Tournament after defeating Cumberland Academy, 15-8, in the Play-In Game on Tuesday. The Hornets improved to 12-4 overall.
