US Photography Students Earn National YoungArts Honors

The National YoungArts Foundation recognized three Greenhill students this past year for their excellence in visual, literary, design, and performing arts.Rithu Sreenath '19 and Katy Goodwin '19 were selected as two of 10 photographers recognized to attend National YoungArts Week in Miami this upcoming January. The Greenhill seniors were each recognized as Finalists and will participate in a week of performances, master classes, and exhibitions as well as be eligible for the Presidential Scholar in the Arts Award. In addition, Phoebe Metzger-Levitt '19 was selected as one of 28 photographers to earn Honorable Mention honors.The National YoungArts Foundation will recognize 710 of the nation's most promising young artists, which were selected among thousands of applications. YoungArts winners gain access to financial, professional, and artistic development opportunities throughout the course of their careers.
