There is a one-time non-refundable application fee of $25. The application fee for hardcopy applications is $25. For walk-in registrations there is a $10 fee plus a $25 hardcopy fee. Camps are taken offline by Thursday noon prior to the start date. Walk-ins are available after this time on a space-available basis.
There is a processing fee of $50 for each class or camp cancelled. In order to receive a refund, (camp fee less the $50 processing fee) requests must be emailed to Summer on the Hill Office two weeks prior to the camp start date to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued to the credit card on file by August 31, 2022.
Students are allowed one camp schedule change at no charge. A $15 schedule change will be charged for each additional change. To make changes, please call the Summer on the Hill office at (972) 628-5490. Changes cannot be made online.
Tuition less than $200 must be paid in full at initial registration. For tuition greater than $200, a deposit of $200, and the $25 non-refundable application fee must accompany registration. The tuition balance must be paid by May 15, 2022. If initial payment is made by a credit card, the balance due on May 15, 2022 will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
There will be no camps or classes held on Memorial Day, May 30, 2022 and Independence Day, July 4, 2022. Camps and classes will meet for four days during the week of May 31-June 3 and July 5-8.
No, everyone is welcome! Last year, students from 225 individual schools attended Summer on the Hill, including students from out of state and foreign countries.
Students should register for the grade they are entering in the Fall of 2022. Primer students can select either Kindergarten or 1st grade camps and classes.
All students will eat lunch between 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm. Students must bring a lunch with a drink. Microwaves and refrigeration are not available. Students enrolled in a morning camp and a different afternoon camp should register for lunch when signing up for classes and camps. All students are escorted to and from the cafeteria by faculty or counselors. Students in full-day camps from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm will eat with their assigned camp and teacher.
Summer on the Hill offers extended care before and after camp for students - Age 3 - 8th grade. Children will have the opportunity to play outdoors, read, create arts and crafts, play games and rest. All activities are supervised. A snack will be provided in the afternoon. Please check the Camps & Classes page for available weeks. Extended Day is available from 7:30 am - 9:00 am, 3:00 - 5:30 pm.
Children must be picked up by 5:30 pm.
Parents will be charged $2 per minute per child after 5:30 pm.
Children must be three years old on or before May 1, 2022. All children must be completely toilet trained without assistance from an adult to attend camp. Students not fully potty trained will be excused from camp without an issued refund.
