Boys Tennis The Greenhill boys tennis team had its 35-match winning streak snapped on Friday afternoon as the Hornets dropped a 3-2 decision to Kinkaid School in the final match of the SPC Spring Championships. With the setback, the Hornets earned runner-up laurels.
Girls Tennis The Greenhill girls tennis team defeated Trinity Valley School on Friday afternoon en route to finishing with bronze medal accolades at the SPC Spring Championships held at TCU.
Track & Field Senior Eric Klein recorded a second-place showing in the discus after the Greenhill hurler posted a personal-best mark of 150-10 at the SPC Spring Championships on Friday morning.
The Greenhill boys 4x100-meter relay team consisting of Max McKamy, Trey Albritten, Regis Johnson and Jalen Sharp finished third overall with a time of 43.45 while Langston Johnson notched a fifth-place showing in the 800-meter race.
The Greenhill girls 4x100-meter relay team consisting of Gina Mills, Blake Pruitt, Karina Rambeau and Stephanie Seale finished seventh with a time of 51.35.
Softball The Greenhill softball team notched a third-place showing in the Division II brackets of the SPC Spring Championships following an 11-1 victory over Hockaday School on Friday afternoon.
Baseball The Greenhill baseball team suffered a hard-fought 8-7 setback to John Cooper School on Friday morning at the SPC Spring Championships.
Girls Lacrosse The Greenhill girls lacrosse team suffered a 16-11 setback to St. Stephen's Episcopal School on Friday afternoon and finished in eighth place at the SPC Spring Championships. |
