Zale-Fields Theatre

For over three decades, Greenhill's finest thespians have graced the stage in the Zale-Fields Theatre performing not only legendary, but also some of the most exciting, fun-filled productions.

The Zale-Fields Theatre was built in 1974 as part of a $2-million capital campaign directed at enhancing the Greenhill campus. The theatre was designed for acting, stage set design, construction, light and sound operations in addition to introducing a variety of traditional and experimental theatre forms to students.

The Zale-Fields Theatre is a multi-deck performance hall that has a capacity of 250 for any given production. In 2010, the Zale-Fields Theatre reached new heights in set design as an indoor pool was built for the production of Metamorphoses.

Some of the productions that have taken place in Zale-Fields Theatre include:
  • The Sound of Music
  • A Midsummer Night's Dream
  • Little Shop of Horrors
  • Twelve Angry Jurors
  • Grease
  • South Pacific
