With award-winning programs in music, debate, theatre, visual arts and dance, Greenhill students at every level are exposed to the arts and have numerous opportunities to participate in the arts.
The program offers several areas of study: visual arts, photography, band, orchestra, choir, dance, technical theater, debate, drama, and video production.
In the primary grades, art and music are offered to everyone on a weekly rotation. In Middle School, students may choose from a variety of courses to express their creativity. Upper School students may further their abilities in all disciplines through specialized courses that include jazz band, chamber orchestra, chorus, dance, technical theater, video production, digital imaging, drawing, ceramics, AP 2-D Photography, and AP 3-D Design.
The annual Greenhill Invitational debate tournament hosts teams from around the country. Greenhill also travels to the ISAS Fine Arts Festival. In addition to curricular courses, students have the opportunity to study with guest artists and/or performers who come to campus during the year.
