MS Speech & Debate Team Shines at Shepton Tournament

The Greenhill Middle School Speech & Debate Team captured its best results since the program began this past weekend at the Shepton Tournament.Joshua Timmons '21 captured the Prose Interpretation championships after receiving a ranking of straight 1's from his judges in the preliminary, semifinals and final rounds en route to outlasting his 80 fellow competitors. Emma Nguyen '23 reached the semifinal rounds in both Poetry Interpretation and Storytelling while Shreeya Madhavanur '23 earned a trip to the semifinals in Original Oratory.Danny Enrico '21, Lindsey Jade Feinstein '21, Jothii Gupta '22, Cameron Kettles '22, Shreeya Madhavanur '22, Nuha Omer '23, Tanvi Padala '23, Madison Rojas '23, Casey Ross '23 and Nikitha Thodguli '23 all competed in the Public Forum Debate and accumulated winning records against their competition.
