Greenhill Seventh Grader Featured in Best of Frisco
Greenhill seventh grade student Leah Nutkis was featured in "Best of Frisco" as part of the Frisco Style online publication.
Nutkis - who was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes when she was eight years old - was featured for her work in raising public funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). The Greenhill middle school student has done so much for the JDRF that she was selected as one of 11 delegates to represent the State of Texas at the 2015 JDRF Children's Congress in Washington, D.C.
