MS Quiz Bowl Team Earns Berth to National Championships

The Greenhill Middle School Quiz Bowl team earned a berth at the national championships held in Dallas this May at the conclusion of Saturday's tournament.Greenhill's A Team consisted of a quartet of eighth-graders in Victor Le, Kelly Meng, Daniel Rothstein and Josh Rubel. The squad - who came into the tournament as the third-seed - defeated the second-seeded squad in the semifinals en route to securing a spot in the finals.Greenhill's C Team - which consisted of seventh-graders Gokulan Anand, Ravi Ingle, Isabel Martinez and Gabriel Patel along with sixth-grader Shreeya Madhavanur - reached the quarterfinals of the tournament.
