Greenhill MS Students Post Strong Showing at NJCL Convention

Greenhill Middle School Latin students had a strong showing at the National Junior Classical League Convention where the squad came home with 21 top-10 finishes, including six first-place showings.The NJCL Convention - which was hosted by Indiana University - featured over 1,500 delegates from around the country as well as Canada. Rising seventh-grader Caroline Vas finished first overall in Classical Art while rising eighth-graders Sami Khan and James Hoare each posted first-place honors in Latin & English Oratory and Colored Pencil, respectively. Rising ninth-grader Natalie Neiman finished first in the discus while Carter Truitt earned first-place honors in the marathon (one-mile). CLICK HERE TO SEE THE RESULTS
