Girls Volleyball
The Greenhill girls volleyball program opened up its 2014 campaign with a second-place showing at the Denton Ryan High School Tournament this past weekend.The Hornets opened up action with a 3-0 setback to McKinney North High School then bounced back to defeat Hillcrest High School (3-0) and Nolan Catholic High School (3-2) on Friday afternoon. On the second day of action, the Hornets defeated Woodrow Wilson High School (3-1) before falling to the host-program Denton Ryan High School by a 3-0 margin on the championship game.
