Girls Athletics Named Top Overall Program at SPC Meeting

The Southwest Preparatory Conference announced on Wednesday that the Greenhill girls athletics programs were ranked as the top overall athletics program at the Annual Athletics Director's Meeting in Austin.Ranking first out of 19 SPC schools, the Greenhill girls athletics program recorded six top-five finishes this past season - including titles in Girls Basketball and Girls Track & Field. In addition, the Hornets finished second in Girls Swimming and Girls Tennis, third in Girls Cross Country and fifth in Girls Volleyball.The Greenhill boys athletics program finished fifth overall out of 19 SPC schools in the annual end-of-the-year rankings. The Hornets had one team title during the 2013-14 season in Boys Tennis, but also finished third in Boys Swimming and Boys Volleyball. Rounding out top-five finishes, the Hornets finished fourth in Boys Soccer and fifth in Boys Golf.
