We’re serious about athletics here at Greenhill, which is why sports and fitness are part of every school day.
Greenhill's athletics culture can be summed up in one word: commitment. Students are committed to their teams. Coaches are committed to their students. And Greenhill is committed to equipping serious athletes to play in college and beyond.
As a member of the Southwestern Preparatory Conference, student-athletes are encouraged to and able to play multiple sports at the interscholastic level in a given school year.
"The theme of Relentless Effort defines Greenhill Athletics because effort is something that the student-athletes and coaches can control. Making a commitment to Relentless Effort - to do more than what is expected - and exhibiting it each and every day leads to wins and overall success," said Chad Wabrek, Head of Athletics & Physical Education.
The Greenhill football program posted its best record since the 2002 season after finishing 8-2 overall, including 6-2 in SPC Counter action, following a 60-22 victory on the road at John Cooper School on Friday evening.
The Greenhill boys volleyball team fell to 23-3 overall after dropping a five-set decision (22-25, 25-20, 14-25, 28-26, 15-12) to St. Mark's School of Texas on Thursday afternoon.
