  • + Healthcare

    Greenhill participates with the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest Group Benefits Trust for our medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability benefits. Being part of the Trust gives Greenhill and other Trust schools the rate stability necessary to remain competitive with our benefits. We have FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and HSA plans available through the Trust. We also offer quarterly contributions to those employees participating in the HSA to help meet their contribution goals for the year.

    Greenhill offers a retirement plan that includes a generous 5% match and 100% vested accounts from the beginning of your employment. The Greenhill percentage match increases based on years of service for eligible employees. 
  • + Professional Development

    Lifelong learning is incredibly important to us. Subject to approval and availability of budgeted funds, once you have been with us for one year, the cost of appropriate education programs may be funded up to a per-employee maximum of $5,250 per calendar year for a total of $21,000. Greenhill also offers professional development opportunities and resources and Trustee Fellowship Grants all fostered toward continued growth and learning for our employees.

  • + Tuition Remission

    Full-time employees whose children are accepted through the school’s normal Admission process will be eligible for 50% tuition remission. Employees are also eligible to apply for financial aid! Our Extended Day program after school is also free for employees.

    You will enjoy complimentary lunch during the school year provided by Sage Dining.
  • + Child Development Center

    The Child Development Center (CDC) at Greenhill offers quality childcare in our safe and nurturing environment, allowing parents to continue in their professional journey while raising children.
